Brandscapes Worldwide was founded on a simple premise: research that doesn't change behaviour isn't research, it's filing. Two decades and forty countries later, that's still the test.
We started in 2001 with a small team in Mumbai and a contrarian idea: that the best research firms wouldn't just report findings — they'd sit at the decision table. Twenty-five years later, that still shapes how we hire, how we project, and how we deliver.
Today we operate across forty countries, with regional hubs in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, London, New York, and Sydney. Our work spans six tightly-knit practices — primary research, insights mining, advanced analytics, dashboarding, innovation, and AI — but the operating principle is unchanged: every engagement ends with a decision the client can defend, and an artifact their team can use the next day.
We've stayed independent and partner-led on purpose. It keeps the senior team close to the work, and it lets us turn down engagements that wouldn't pass our own decision-grade test. We'd rather lose the project than ship the wrong artifact.
