What you'll do
- Develop strategic proposals for qualitative research initiatives
- Own end-to-end project delivery with minimal supervision
- Interpret data and write compelling, decision-grade reports
- Grow client accounts; mentor and develop junior staff
- Bring entrepreneurial thinking and creative problem-solving
What we're looking for
- 9+ years in qualitative research; 6+ years team / client leadership
- Bilingual fluency (English + at least one Indian language)
- Adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
